By purchasing/requesting art from me, you agree to these terms/process
I typically accept upfront,
Payment at sketch can be negotiated.
Refunds in full are offered till I start, After i start refunds are offered to the amount of work completed.
This is to heavily discourage cancellation
Tips are heavily appreciated and go a long way for me, but I ask that they are kept till after I finish a commission. I want to make sure you are happy with the piece first!!

I may decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reason, I will refund for the same conditions above if i decide to refund due to my own cancelation due to TOS breach, or misconduct. I will give a full refund if i cancel due to my own reasons, or if i am unable to finish it.
any minor changes will be made at sketch for free; Medium changes (reworking an entire limb or part of outfit) are limited to 4. I allow 1 major change (reworking the sketch completely), if a compelete rework is requested i may use the old sketch for personal art or a YCH if desired (with all character traits stripped) unless the commissioner wants to pay for rights over the sketch). Mistakes made by myself do not count towards these totals. Changes after these amounts are priced by quote.
Any changes after lining will cost additional, unless an error by myself (missing or messed up marking, forgetting to line something,etc)
Lines dont very super heavily shape wise from the sketch, if you arent happy with how something is shaped speak up!
For large projects feel free to contact me for updates to see my process on the sketch, lineart, colouring, rendering, etc.
For small projects, each stage (sketch, colouring, lining etc are done in a sitting), you may ask for updates at any time as well, but im unlikely to have advanced beyond the last approval in a sitting.
Do not spam me for updates in a short period of time, or rush me

I typically work on art only monday-friday for about 7 hours a day, but this can vary slightly based on real life events, but do not expect progress over the weekend, i draw kind of slow so be a little patient with me.
My social media posts (mostly instagram) are made for algorithmic and advertisement purposes so personal art WILL be worked on
as the same time as commissions. please note this!
Art may be done same day to a few months depending on que and project size. small pieces are normally done within 2 weeks. if i have not given a sketch or update within 2 weeks please reach out to me.
I do work on multiple projects at a time so i can switch between client feedback, Do not expect me to exclusively work on your piece once i started.
I can accept deadlines but let them known before the commission, very short or small deadlines may have additional rush fees. if we haven't discussed a deadline, i will treat it as a no deadline piece. if I quote an expected turnaround, this is NOT a set deadline, please clarify if you have an exact expectation or time needed for it to be done. If i can not complete a piece with a rush fee in time, the rush fee will be fully reimbursed, and if full cancellation is needed, see refund policy above.
my que is done typically in order of who paid first, to with unpaid who came first. This may vary slightly due to client response times, rush orders, or pieces that are needed by certain dates. I do also do YCHS or set slots that may take priority over unpaid.

All art by me that you purchase you are only purchasing partial rights, not full.
The rights I retain are over my style, techniques, ect.
I also retain the right to post my own art wherever, and use it to advertise my talents unless discussed other wise (private commissions are possible, but MUST be mentioned to me before hand as sometimes i share sketches, a 30% privacy fee will occur).
Credit to the owner of the character will be given back to you.
YOU may NOT claim you drew, or created the art. Credit is not required constantly but highly appreciated.
With my art you may, edit it as you please, upload to any social media, or use in any way for personal use.
My art must NEVER be put in any AI generators, or used in any ai art.
My art is typically only for personal/Non-profit uses.
Commercial use for profit is allowed if discussed first and may include a fixed fee, or percentage of profit due to you making money off my art.
commercial use must always be credited back to me if possible.
Commercially you will not be allowed to use my art to promote, endorse or feed any hate communities/ideas
this includes but is not limited to:
Nazi ideas
Racist, homophobic or religious shaming.
Promoting harm on others, or suggesting harm on others (this does not include fictional characters).
These TOS are subject to change at any time.

When purchasing a design from me you purchase full rights to the design and the partial rights to the art I have created of the design.
Rights of the art of my design refer to my art TOS above.
Art of the design created by other artists is subject to their own art TOS.
With my designs you may do with them as you please, you may use them to commission any one, do anything with or use for any use.
You may use my designs for commercial use granted you have permission of said artist of the art used for commercial use to use their art for this use.
You may edit, or warp my design in anyway, if the design becomes beyond recognizable of my original design*if unsure if it is contact me for certainty* you are no longer bounded to my TOS and you become bounded to the new designs creators TOS.
Edits that make them still fall under my TOS are any minor or medium edits that don't change much over the over all design.
Exclusions to the warp, or edit in anyway is, changing the actual design to represent hateful ideas such as but not limited to:
Nazi ideas
Racist, homophobic or religious shaming.
Promoting harm on others, or suggesting harm on others (this does not include fictional characters).
This does not cover any art made of the design only the actual design, you may use my design in any way as long as you don't morph my art or the actual design to fit these ideas. I understand characters may be used as bad people, or represent bad ideas as an antagonist in plots but In no way do I support or endorse these ideas and don't want my name tied to a design or art that has these ideas imbedded in it.
Designs may be sold to another person, for any price, you may sell a design 100x what you paid and it will not affect this.
You may also trade my design for any other design, art, physical items, or digital currency/items.
If you trade or sell my design the new owner is not legally binded by these terms but is expected to follow them. I will not recognize a new owner unless they agree to these terms as well. If a new owner commissions art of said design with me, they are also agreeing to my design tos and agreeing to follow them.
These TOS are subject to change at any time.
